Hosting
This website is operated in a data centre in Germany. When you access it, server logs are created that contain the IP address, time and requested address. They are used for secure operation and deleted after a short period.
Contact form
When you write to us, we process your contact details, enquiry, project phase, desired outcome, timeframe and any voluntary additional information to handle the enquiry. The message is transmitted to sudo/PORT by email and is not automatically transferred to a ticket system. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted when it is no longer needed for its purpose and no retention obligation applies.
Cloudflare Turnstile
If spam protection is enabled for the contact form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated submissions. Technically required connection and browser information is transmitted to Cloudflare. The check is loaded only in the contact form. Once enabled, the form cannot be submitted without a successful check; direct contact by email remains possible.
Fonts
Fonts are served locally from our server. No connection to Google Fonts is made.
Cookies and consent
We store your privacy selection for up to 365 days in the technically necessary cookie sudoport_cookie_consent. If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager are configured, they are loaded only after you consent to the relevant optional category. You can change or withdraw your selection at any time using the shield at the bottom left.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
